My Story
MS Home & Environmental is owned and operated by Madelaine Shultz, a Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in commercial building inspections. She held the Energy Manager certification from the Association of Energy Engineers. Madelaine also served as a founding member and officer of the WV Chapter of the Energy Services Coalition where she held a National Board position. Madelaine is a member of ASHRAE and InterNACHI and is a licensed HVAC Technician. MS Home & Environmental is based out of Fairmont, WV where Madelaine serves the City of Fairmont as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Historic Preservation Review Commission.
